Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. Typical delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. The product must be in the same condition you received it in.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within 14 days at most.
